TRANSFER REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
ProTrainer values the time and planning invested in each course to ensure an exceptional learning experience. Cancellations are discouraged but, if necessary, are subject to the following policy. Refunds will only be processed upon written cancellation and refund approval via email to ProTrainer.
If ProTrainer Cancels or Postpones: A full refund of tuition fees will be issued (excluding expenses like travel or accommodation). Approved refunds are processed within 10-30 days by bank transfer.
Refund Policy for Participant Cancellations:
- More than 60 days before the course: 100% refund
- 30 days before: 75% refund
- 15 days before: 50% refund
Within 15 days: No refund
No-Shows: Refunds are not available for participants who do not attend without prior notice.
Transfer of reserved seat: Participants may transfer their booking to another person with minimal Admin fee of 150 AED.
