TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROTRAINER CO. LLC
Definitions
- The Company: Refers to ProTrainer Co. LLC.
- Client: Any person, company, or entity requesting services from ProTrainer.
- Services: Includes all training, workshops, and materials provided by ProTrainer to the Client.
- Confirmation Date: The date ProTrainer confirms a booking by the Client, along with payment or a payment arrangement.
- Intellectual Property: All materials, content, and resources provided by ProTrainer, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Day: Refers to all days of the week, including public holidays.
Prices
- All prices listed on ProTrainer’s official website or in the invoice are final unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The quoted price does not cover additional costs like travel, accommodation, or meals unless specified.
Payment Methods
- After registration, an invoice is sent with bank details. Payment can be made by:
Bank Transfer: Set up ProTrainer as a beneficiary and transfer the required amount.Â
Online Payment: Secure payment gateway via Visa or MasterCard.
Cash Deposit: to be done through ADCB ATM machine at least 48 hours prior to the course date. Invoice as confirmation would be shared on email after the payment is made.
Delivery Policy for Services
- Upon booking, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent.
- Course materials will be delivered on-site or via the provided email after payment confirmation.
- ProTrainer sends confirmations by email and SMS/ WHATS APP TEXT within three working days upon receiving payment.
Workshops
- ProTrainer collaborates with qualified training partners and trainers.
- Workshop availability and locations are subject to change; please confirm before arranging travel.
- Attendees are responsible for verifying that the course matches their experience and language proficiency (English).
- ProTrainer reserves the right to refuse entry based on professional discretion.
Cancellation by ProTrainer
- ProTrainer may cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, ProTrainer will notify attendees and offer:
- A 100% refund if rescheduled more than a month away.
- A 50% refund if rescheduled within one month.
- ProTrainer is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be emailed to admin@protrainerevents.com.
- Cancellations will be acknowledged within three working days, and refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy.

- Refunds are processed within 10–45 days, depending on the payment method. Refund amounts vary:
- More than 60 days before the course:Â 100% refund
- 30 days before:Â 75% refund
- 15 days before:Â 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before:Â No refund
- No refunds for no-shows without prior cancellation notice.

Force Majeure
- ProTrainer is not liable for non-performance due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, war, or government actions.
- If affected by such events, ProTrainer will notify the Client as soon as possible.
General
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the local laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
- Minors under 18 are not permitted to register on the website or engage in transactions.
- ProTrainer will not provide services to countries under OFAC sanctions.
